1. Attack

At this stage, the body quickly gets rid of extra pounds. According to those who are losing weight, the crisis is the most difficult period, the subsequent stages are much easier to endure. The essence of the attack is not starvation: you need to eat, but a set of strictly defined foods that are distinguished by their high protein content, which allows you to lose weight without losing muscle mass.

The stage lasts from 2 to 7 days. The list of authorized products includes more than 70 items, and don't forget the sound!

2. Alternation

At this stage, carbohydrates are added to the menu. But that doesn't mean it's time to celebrate your victory with your favorite cakes. Pierre Dukan recommends obtaining carbohydrates from vegetables: you can eat all of them except those containing starchy foods.

Alternation involves alternating pure protein and vegetable protein days. The duration of the stage is calculated according to the formula: 7 days per kilo of additional weight.

3. Consolidation

4. Stabilization

Recipes for the Dukan diet

Attack: bread according to Dukan

  • 150 g soft white cheese
  • 4 tablespoons ground oat bran
  • 4 tablespoons of gluten
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Mix all ingredients, form bread and bake until cooked at 180 degrees.

Rotation: Spicy Eggplant Salad

  • 1 red onion
  • 400-500 g tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 0. 5 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • ground black pepper

We pierce the eggplants in several places with a fork and bake everything in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

Cut the onion into half rings, add the sweetener, salt and cider vinegar. Pour a glass of boiling water and simmer in this marinade.

When the eggplants are ready, peel them and cut them into large cubes. Add the crushed tomatoes and finely chopped parsley.

Drain the onion and add it to the salad. Season the salad with a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Fixation: meat sinnabons

  • 1 tablespoon of gluten
  • 1 tablespoon of isolate
  • 2 tablespoons ground oat bran
  • 2 tablespoons ground wheat bran
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered egg
  • 150 g soft cottage cheese
  • 30 g of soft vegetable margarine

Finely chop the onion, mix with the minced meat, salt and pepper. Mix all bulk ingredients and grind with margarine until the consistency of breadcrumbs. Gradually add cottage cheese to form a plastic dough.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut it into 5cm strips.

Arrange the minced meat on each strip and roll it up after you have wet your hands. Place in a baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

After 30 minutes, remove the mold and brush the cinnamons with beaten egg. Then put in the oven for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished baked goods with herbs.

Purely protein day: stuffed squid

  • 6 squid carcasses
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 8 crab sticks
  • 100g mushrooms
  • salt, pepper to taste

Cook the mushrooms and onions until soft, transfer them to a bowl, add the chopped sticks and eggs. Salt, pepper, mix everything. We fill the cleaned and washed squid with the resulting minced meat and secure the edges with a toothpick.

Place in a mold, fill with milk, to which salt, pepper and dill are first added. The milk should cover the squid halfway. Place the mold in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Then turn the squid over and put them in the oven for another 10 minutes.
